Nice people in a tough situation

This place is great and the staff is amazing. The staff does their job very well. Some clients can be rude and create problems. Using profanity and yelling at people is no way to act. Occasionally this is how some people act towards the staff. Unfortunately it's best to just not communicate with fellow clients and leave the parking lot as soon as you can.

Everyone here is very professional and courteous. The Dr is is highly recommended and does everything he can to help us. The counselors are also a pleasure to work with. The only downside are the trashy patients (Not most) but the trashy patients yelling and swearing at them.

This place has saved my life. I've struggled with opioid dependency for many years. Fortunately this place AND the staff have changed my life so that the struggle seems like not a struggle at all. I come here once or twice a month for the medicine I need and I do not have to worry about the struggle anymore. Recently the staff has changed. There are a few new girls and a few of the regular staff have left. It's different with the new staff since a lot of us have been coming here for many years as have the old staff. But, the new girls are really great and it's nice to see some fresh faces. Plus they're really pretty and it's nice to see something so beautiful that early in the morning. They've recently been very much on the ball in dosing on time and doing it quickly. If you come early to dose you should be quiet to hear your name called and be ready to be in and out pretty fast. In all this place is great and so is the staff. And BTW always remember to treat others how you want to be treated. As addicts we can easily forget how our actions effect others.

They only saved my life. No biggie. The staff is helpful and do a pretty good job at getting patients in and out in descent time. Been going for 2 yrs and so far so good. UPDATE!! OK I got a new job that requires me there at 6am. Mondays and Fridays they are supposed to start dosing at 530am. Unfortunately, they rarely start on time. In my personal opinion this is due to their rather late arrival of sometimes 520am. They have a very competent staff that knows what they are doing but if they could just get in a bit earlier, say 5am when they are supposed to open the doors, I feel they could begin dosing on time. I've lost two jobs since coming here but only one due to their late dosing. The other job I lost because their hours just just didn't get.

Easy in and out. They don't give ne a hard time when I can't pay. That's a HUGE lifesaver. Downside is it can get a bit too crowded and slow.

The staff is always kind to me, as I am kind and friendly with them. They will dose me even if I'm a few minutes late, occasionally. My counselor, tonya, I feel actually cares about me. She'll spend as much time as i need with me to make sure I'm ok and stable. I've tapered off of 60mg in the past but relapsed. I'm now at 30mg and tapering down again after putting not honest effort into my sobriety. They've always been supportive. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with addiction.

The staff is friendly and kind. The administrator is readily available to handle any issues (complementary or critical). They have 3 psychiatrists on staff!.

I've never seen anyone that walks in respectfully get any kind of attitude. If you walk in making demands the yes they may have a low threshold for this type of behavior because of the line of business that they are in. I'm sure they get people all day trying to pull the wool over their eyes to get what they want. Walk in nice and get treated nice.

I hate to disagree with others here. But I have noticed that most of the time the way you end up feeling about someone depends on how you have treated them or how hard you have plushed them. We don't pay them to treat us like babies. We pay them to offer a service. And they catch a lot of hell from people who tend to get way to angry when they can't have their way. These guys have a lot of work to do in a very short time and they do have rules they have to abide by. A lot of rules. And they can't break them just because someone wants them to. So not everything can be perfect for everybody in that kind of setting. Just imagine having to be Art, or Lucille and doing their job for one day with all the paperwork, meds to fill, U.A.'s to keep up wirh, requests, and irate patients. They deal with it as well as can be expected, I think. I am nice to them. Always have been and they have always been good to me. If I need something sure I ask. But I do not get angry if they cannot do it. I accept it knowing that if they could do it they probably would. They're not bad peoe just for adhering to the rules. Do your job right, keep it. That's how it works. And all three of those workers have been respectful and as helpful as they can to me. Even when I do something stupid like forgetting to call ahead when I'm supposed to. Sometimes I WO deer what this world is coming to. Its like everyone has a false sense of entitlement and I hate to be harsh bit it makes them just flat out rude, jerks. Especially to office workers, nursed, drs, or anyone else trying to do a job right. And especially in the car. To other drivers and people who work at drive thru's. We are none of us royalty. We are normal people. And America would be so much better ifwe wwould put ourselves back in our place and remember we are no better than anyone. And the people with hectic jobs like this one, deserve our respect. Not criticizm. My last name is Davis by the way if anyone wants to call me out because my review is NOT a and NOBODY put me up to this.
